We are at home safe and sound. From plus 30 to minus 15 degree Celsius. It was a shock. Papa sholves snow as you can see from the photograph. We are both very thankful for making our stay at Nakara lovely. Enclosed you'll find the pictures I promised to send.

2011 Lanta Food & Beverage Festival

Koh Lanta Hotel Association in cooperation with public and private sectors organized the special event under the name of Lanta Food & Beverage Festival 2011 (Celebrating 111^TH Anniversary) during 12-16 February 2011 at Phra Ae beach of Koh Lanta, Krabi province.

The objective is to promote tourism of Koh Lanta for Thais and foreigner tourists worldwide and build momentum conservation in the local culture and traditions. The beauty of the island is recognized as an island paradise that tourists can travel to visit all year round.

Taking this project is the first time under the main idea is “ancient culture, food festival, sea village, local handicrafts and land of beads”.
